If you cease to be an employee for any reason other than as set forth in Section 10.2(b), then the Company shall have no obligation to make any payments to you for periods after the Date of Termination, your unvested stock options shall terminate, and your vested options must be exercised, if at all, within the time periods after the Date of Termination specified in your stock option agreement(s).
