Termination for Cause; Termination by the Participant other than for Good Reason. In the event the Participant’s Termination of Employment is for "Cause" or if the Participant terminates his employment voluntarily other than for "Good Reason," all unvested Restricted Stock Units shall be immediately forfeited for no consideration.
