Termination for Convenience and Suspension by PX. PX may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing Customer three (3) months’ prior written notice. PX may also temporarily suspend the availability of Payment Express and/or the Software to Customer if Customer does not timely pay all Fees due and owing pursuant to this Agreement.
