Common use of TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE OF THE CITY Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE OF THE CITY. The City may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving at least fourteen (14) days notice in writing to the Contractor. If the Agreement is terminated by the City as provided herein, the Contractor will be paid for any services properly authorized and completed up to the termination date.

TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE OF THE CITY. The City may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving at least fourteen ten (1410) days days’ notice in writing to the ContractorFirm. If the this Agreement is terminated by for convenience, the City as provided herein, will pay the Contractor will be paid Firm for any actual services properly authorized and completed rendered up to the termination date, based on the charges for time, labor, expenses and other items specified in the Agreement.

TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE OF THE CITY. The City CITY may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving at least fourteen fifteen (1415) days days’ notice in writing to the ContractorCity Attorney. If the Agreement is terminated by the City CITY as provided herein, the Contractor City Attorney will be paid for any services properly authorized and completed up an amount which bears the same ratio to the total compensation as the services actually performed bear to the total services of the City Attorney covered by this Agreement, less payments of compensation previously made. If this Agreement is terminated due to the fault of the City Attorney, Section 2.12 hereof relative to termination dateshall apply.

If the Agreement is terminated by the City CITY as provided herein, the Contractor CONSULTANT will be paid for any services properly authorized the salary, overhead costs and completed expenses incurred up to the termination date.
