Common use of Termination for County Insolvency Clause in Contracts

Termination for County Insolvency. If the County becomes insolvent, the County shall immediately so advise CalOptima, and CalOptima shall have, at its sole option, the right to terminate the Contract immediately. In the event of the filing of a petition for bankruptcy by or against the County, the County shall assure that all tasks related to the Contract or the Subcontract are performed in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
