SUSPENSION & TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT Enterprise Services may suspend Contractor’s operations under this Master Contract immediately by written cure notice of any default. Suspension shall continue until the default is remedied to Enterprise Services’ reasonable satisfaction; Provided, however, that, if after thirty (30) days from such a suspension notice, Contractor remains in default, Enterprise Services may terminate Contractor’s rights under this Master Contract. All of Contractor’s obligations to Enterprise Services and Purchasers survive termination of Contractor’s rights under this Master Contract, until such obligations have been fulfilled.
Termination for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, this contract may be modified un- der B8.32, following rate redetermination under B3.32, or terminated under this Subsection. Such termination shall not be considered a termination under B8.34.

Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination.
