Termination for Failure of Conditions Precedent. In the event any one of the three (3) enumerated conditions precedent set forth in Article 5 is not performed according to its terms, this Contract shall be terminated upon notice by the Town to Environlink and shall become null and void, and in such event each Party will bear its own costs to date and neither Party shall have recourse or claim against the other for any loss, liability, or expense arising out of this contract.
