By January. 31 of each year the Union shall be provided with information regarding the number of persons in each classification by salary step and by College.
By January. 30: The evaluator must conduct at least one formal classroom observation of the unit member and related written feedback on Observation and Evidence Collection Form must be completed.
By January. 31, teachers will submit dates they prefer to work during the July and August session. In establishing the work schedule, the Employer will take into consideration the work time preferences of the individual teacher, but given the needs of the program, reserve the right to specify the actual work periods required of each teacher. The work schedule will be finalized April 1.
By January. 1st the Xxxx/Director or designee from the appropriate academic unit will make available the portfolio materials to the School Promotion Committee. The Xxxx/Director may request an opportunity to meet with the School Promotion Committee and the School Promotion Committee will not unreasonably deny this request.
By January. 29, 2021, the NMCC will provide OCR a report detailing the assessment and results of the assessment regarding publicity.
a. If the NMCC determines that provision of publicity to the male and female athletic programs are equivalent, the NMCC report will outline that determination and the information upon which it is based. The NMCC will provide supporting documentation related to the report, including: a description of the process followed in each area of the assessment; a list of the individuals involved in the assessment process; and the results of the assessment.
b. If the NMCC determines that the provision of publicity to the male and female athletic programs is not equivalent, the NMCC report will include, for OCR’s review and approval, a plan to ensure the provision of equal athletic opportunities to participants of both sexes in its intercollegiate athletics program with respect to the provision of publicity.

By January. 31, 2006, Vernalis shall have hired and shall thereafter maintain a sales force of Specialty Sales Personnel detailing the Product in the USA to Target Healthcare Professionals, and such sales force shall complete the number of Product Details specified in the then current Annual Co-Promotion Plan, not to exceed the maximum number of details set forth in Clause 9.1.2 of the License, in each calendar year during the Term. All Product Details made by Vernalis and reimbursed by Endo shall contribute to Endo's Estimated Detailing Effort as set forth in the License.
By January. 31, 2014, the District will convene a Team meeting for the purpose of determining whether the Student is entitled to compensatory services and, if so entitled, developing a plan for providing those compensatory services to the Student. REPORTING REQUIREMENT 1: o Within twenty-one (21) days of the Team meeting, the District will submit documentation to OCR that includes the following: ▪ A list of the individuals who attended the meeting (by name, title, and role in the meeting). ▪ Documentation of the District’s invitation to the parents to attend the Team meeting and obtain their input. ▪ A copy or summary of the information the Team considered in reaching its determination regarding what compensatory services are appropriate for the Student. ▪ Notes from the meeting documenting that the Team carefully considered input from persons knowledgeable about the Student. ▪ Documentation of the Team’s conclusions regarding the type and number of hours of compensatory services that are appropriate for the Student and the bases for those conclusions. ▪ If applicable, a plan for the prompt provision of compensatory services to the Student at no cost to the parents. ▪ If applicable, documentation that the parents were notified in writing of the compensatory services offered by the District. ▪ Documentation that the District provided the parents with notice of the Student’s ...
By January. 31, 2015, the District will develop a procedure to measure the effectiveness of its alternative language program. The procedure will include an evaluation of its chosen alternative language program with cohort longitudinal data comparing ELL versus non-ELL students, and ELL students in the program versus ELL students not in the program. Factors to be compared will be, at a minimum, student performance, proficiency levels, attendance, retention, and graduation rates.
By January. 31, 2015, the District will provide a copy of the exit criteria implemented by the District to the parents of all current and exited ELL students in a language the parent can understand. As an alternative to providing this copy for low incidence language groups, the District may provide interpreters to assist national origin minority LEP parents.
