Termination for Insufficient Funding. 22.5.1 In the event that federal and/or State funds to finance this Contract become unavailable, DCH may terminate the Contract in writing with thirty (30) Calendar Days notice to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be entitled to receive, and shall be limited to, just and equitable compensation for any satisfactory authorized work performed as of the termination date. Availability of funds shall be determined solely by DCH.
