Termination for Insurance and Insolvency. HOSPITAL shall terminate this AGREEMENT immediately upon written notice with no further notice obligation or opportunity to cure if COMPANY fails to maintain the insurance required by Section 8.2 or if COMPANY shall become insolvent, shall make an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or shall have a petition in bankruptcy filed for or against it.
