Common use of Termination for reason of Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination for reason of Disability. If the Employment Term is terminated by reason of Disability, the Executive shall be entitled to receive a severance payment equal to the annual compensation, including targeted bonus, at the date on which termination due to Disability occurs. The Executive shall receive, so long as the Disability continues, to remain eligible for all benefits provided under any long-term disability program(s) of the Company in effect at the time of such termination, subject to the terms and conditions of any such program(s), as may be amended, changed, modified, or terminated for all employees of the Company.
