Termination Issues for Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers. The Construction Manager shall notify any Subcontractor and service or supply vendor providing services under this Preconstruction Services Contract of the early termination date of this Preconstruction Services Contract. Failure to notify any Subcontractor and service or supply vendor shall result in the Construction Manager being liable for the termination costs incurred by any Subcontractor and service or supply vendor for work performed under this Preconstruction Services Contract, except those specifically agreed to in the termination notice to the Construction Manager.
