Termination/Modification Bonus Plan. The District reserves the right to modify the terms and amounts of the bonus payment. The District, at its discretion, may terminate or modify the incentive plan design (percentage calculation), eligible employees and distribution cycles. Upon termination of employment, other than for cause, the employee shall be paid her/his “Efficiency” bonus provided he/she meets the above requirements for the bonuses.

  • Termination; Modification Green Dot reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your ability to access or use the Service, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Service for any reason.
