Common use of Termination of a PCP Clause in Contracts

Termination of a PCP. When a PCP is terminated from the Contractor’s program, the Contractor must make a good faith effort to give written notification of termination of the PCP, within 15 days after receipt or issuance of the termination notice, to each Enrollee who received his or her Primary Care form, or was seen on a regular basis by, the terminated PCP.
