Termination of Agreement and/or an Order Form for cause. Either party may terminate these GTC and/or an Order Form for cause: 7.5.1 upon thirty (30) days prior written notice of the other party’s material breach of any provision (including more than thirty (30) days delinquency in Prime Contractor’s payment of any money due hereunder or any Order Form) of the Agreement unless such party has cured such breach during such thirty (30) day period; or 7.5.2 immediately if the other party files for bankruptcy, becomes insolvent, or makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or otherwise breaches materially its obligations in Confidential Information or assignment.
