Termination of Agreement for Extended Force Majeure. In the event that any delay or failure of performance caused by a condition or event of Force Majeure affecting Seller continues for an uninterrupted period of 18 Months from its inception, then either Party may, at any time following the end of the 18 Month period, terminate this agreement upon Notice to the other Party. If this agreement is terminated pursuant to this section 18.4, neither party will have liability in respect of the termination.
