Termination of Agreement upon Purchase; Right to Monitor. After you purchase the Solar System, this Agreement will terminate and neither you nor Sunrun will have any remaining obligations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, after termination, Sunrun will not provide you with any maintenance or repair services unless you enter into a separate agreement with Sunrun for Sunrun or its Installation Partner to perform these services at your expense. If possible, Sunrun will assign to you any equipment warranties still in effect for the Solar System. Sunrun reserves the right to continue to measure the electricity production of the Solar System after termination of the Agreement.
