TERMINATION OF AN ASSIGNMENT. 11.1 In the event that the Client wishes to terminate the Assignment prior to the expiry of its agreed duration for any reason, other than those set out elsewhere in these Terms of Business, 24 hours’ notice must be given to Concept. For the avoidance of doubt, the Client shall be liable for all charges incurred prior to the termination of the Assignment. 11.2 Freelancers are not employees and as such are not entitled to notice. Concept or the Freelancer may terminate an Assignment at any time without prior notice and without liability.
