Common use of Termination of City's Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Termination of City's Responsibilities. The City shall be relieved from making such dues deductions upon the employee's: A. termination of employment or, B. transfer to a job other than one covered by the Bargaining Unit or, C. layoff from work or, D. an agreed leave of absence or, E. revocation of the dues deduction authorization by an employee no earlier than sixty (60) days nor later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement between the parties in accordance with (Appendix A), or with applicable law.
