Common use of Termination of Consulting Period Clause in Contracts

Termination of Consulting Period. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Consulting Period and Consultant’s services as a consultant hereunder shall terminate, and, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate: (a) upon the death or disability of Consultant;

Termination of Consulting Period. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Consulting Period and Consultant’s services as a consultant hereunder shall terminate, and, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall terminateterminate on the earliest to occur of the following dates: (a) upon the death or disability date of Consultant’s death; (b) the date Consultant is determined to be Disabled; (c) the date the Panel specifies in its determination pursuant to Section 3 hereof that a Breach has occurred and the Consulting Period is terminated; or (d) the expiration date of the Consulting Period.

Termination of Consulting Period. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Consulting Period and Consultant’s services as a consultant hereunder shall terminate, and, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate: (a) upon the death or disability of Consultant; (b) for any reason, by Consultant or by Company with 30 days Notice in writing; (c) pursuant to Section 2.2 if elected by the Company; or (d) on the expiration date of the Consulting Period.

Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Consulting Period and Consultant’s services as a consultant hereunder the Consulting Services provided by Consultant in accordance with this Agreement shall terminate, and, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate: (a) upon the death or disability of Consultant (for purposes of this Agreement, Consultant shall be disabled if the Company reasonably determines that he is not able to perform the Consulting Services, with or without a reasonable accommodation); (b) by the Company; (c) by the Consultant;; or (d) on the expiration date of the Consulting Period.

Notwithstanding any other provision hereofanything in herein to the contrary, the Consulting Period and Consultant’s services as a consultant hereunder shall terminate, and, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate: (a) upon terminate on the death or disability Disability of the Consultant;, a termination of the Consultant's services by the Company for Cause or without Cause or a termination by the Consultant of his services for Good Reason or without Good Reason.
