Common use of TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17, 2014, between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementDeposit Agreement, dated November 17as of June 11, 2014, 2019 between the Company, the Depositary and all owners and holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17as of October 26, 2014, 2010 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (as amended, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms. The Surviving Company shall pay all applicable fees, charges and expenses of the Depositary and government charges (other than withholding Taxes, if any) in connection with the termination of the Deposit Agreement and the ADS program pursuant to the Side Letters.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the amended and restated deposit agreementagreement dated January 6, dated November 172016, 2014, between entered into by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder thereunder, as amended by amendment No.1 thereto dated as of August 11, 2016 (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17, 2014, agreement between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs American depositary receipts issued thereunder and as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on November 2, 2007 (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company Corporation shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17September 24, 20142009, between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company Corporation shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17September 24, 2014, 2009 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, agreement dated November 1710, 2014, 2010 between the Company, Company and the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17April 8, 2014, 2014 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its termsterms and this Agreement; provided that this termination shall have no effect on the obligations and procedures established with the Depositary pursuant to Section 2.04(b) with respect to receipt and payment of the Merger Consideration to the holders of ADSs.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated September 30, dated November 172021, 2014, between entered into by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company Entity shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the amended and restated deposit agreement, dated November 17July 15, 2014, 2014 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. N.A (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17June 11, 2014, between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17August 8, 20142007, as amended from to time, between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company Corporation shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated October 19, dated November 17, 2014, 2010 between the Company, Company and the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 17August 7, 2014, 2007 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated December 21, dated November 172017 and as amended as of October 31, 20142022, between among the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Company shall provide notice to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. National Association (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated August 22, 2005 and as amended in April 2007, December 2011 and November 17, 20142013, between the Company, the Depositary and all holders from time to time of ADSs issued thereunder (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.
