Common use of Termination of Electronic Service Clause in Contracts

Termination of Electronic Service. 6.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Customer’s access to the Electronic Service or any portion of them in its sole discretion, without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the unauthorised use of the Customer’s Login ID and/or Password, breach of this Terms and Conditions of Electronic Service or the Agreement, discontinuance of the Company’s access to any Information from any Information Provider or termination of one or more agreements between the Company and Information Providers.

Termination of Electronic Service. 6.1 The Company SINO reserves the right to terminate the CustomerClient’s access to the Electronic Service or any portion of them in its sole discretion, without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the unauthorised unauthorized use of the Customer’s Login ID Client access number(s), password(s) and/or Passwordaccount number(s), breach of this Terms and Conditions of This Electronic Trading Service Agreement or the Account Agreement, discontinuance of the CompanySino’s access to any Information from any Information Provider or termination of one or more agreements between SINO and the Company and Information Providers.
