The following provisions will apply in the event your employment with the Company and all Affiliates (collectively, the “Company Group”) terminates (a “Termination of Employment”), or a Change in Control of the Company occurs, before the third anniversary of the Grant Date (the “Third Anniversary Date”) under the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement awarded to you (the “Agreement”):
