Termination of Employment Generally. If, prior to vesting of the Restricted Stock Units pursuant to Section 2 or 4, Grantee ceases to provide Continuous Service to the Company, then, except as otherwise provided in Section 3(b) or (c) below, or Section 4 below, Grantee’s rights to any of the Restricted Stock Units shall be immediately and irrevocably forfeited, including the right to receive any Additional Restricted Stock Units.
