Termination of Employment Generally. If the Employee’s employment terminates for any reason other than those described in Section 4(d) through 4(f) prior to the third anniversary of the Grant Date, any Options and any RSUs that have not vested as of the date of termination of employment (the Employee’s “Termination Date”) will be canceled.
