Termination of Employment Other Than by Resignation of Employee or Termination for Cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason (including termination by the Company without Cause or the death or disability of the Employee) other than by voluntary resignation by the Employee or a termination by the Company for Cause, the following shall apply:
