Termination of Employment other than for Good Reason. If Executive terminates employment with FirstMerit other than for Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive only his Base Salary to which he was entitled through the Termination Date and such other benefits as may be available to him through FirstMerit's benefit plans and policies.
