If Executive terminates employment with FirstMerit pursuant to Section 9.2 other than for Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive only the Base Salary to which he was entitled through the Termination Date and such other benefits as may be available to him through FirstMerit's benefit plans and policies.
