Termination of Executive’s Employment by the Company. The Company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without Cause, with the results described below. In such case, the Company shall determine the effective date of your termination, which termination shall constitute a “separation from service” for purposes of Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“409A”) (the “Involuntary Termination Date”).
