Nonrenewal. We may elect not to renew this policy. We may do so by delivering to you, or mailing to you at your mailing address shown in the Declarations, written notice at least 30 days before the expiration date of this policy. Proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice.
Nonrenewal. The Authorizer may non-renew the Charter at the expiration of the Certificate if the School failed to meet one (1) or more of the terms of its Certificate. Any school which is not renewed shall work with the Authorizer to ensure a smooth and orderly closure and transition for students and parents, as guided by the public charter school closure protocol established by the Authorizer attached as Appendix D.
Nonrenewal. If we decide not to renew or continue this policy, we will mail notice to the named insured shown in the Declarations at the address shown in this policy. Notice will be mailed at least 20 days before the end of the policy period. Subject to this notice requirement, if the policy period is:
1. Less than 6 months, we will have the right not to renew or continue this policy every 6 months, beginning 6 months after its original effective date.
Nonrenewal. The Contractor understands and agrees that there is no representation, implication, or understanding that the services provided by the Contractor under this Agreement will be purchased by the Agency under a new agreement following expiration or termination of this Agreement, and waives all rights or claims to notice or hearing respecting any failure to continue purchase of all or any such services from the Contractor.
Nonrenewal. Contractor acknowledges that there is no guarantee that County will renew Contractor's services under a new contract following expiration or termination of this Contract. Contractor waives all rights to notice of non-renewal of Contractor's services.
Nonrenewal. This Agreement shall terminate with respect to a Fund at the end of the Initial Term if either the Custodian or such Fund provides notice that it does not want to renew or extend this Agreement at the end of the Initial Term;
Nonrenewal. The Board’s decision not to continue or renew the Administrator’s employment for any subsequent period in any capacity (other than as a classroom teacher as may be required by the Michigan Teachers’ Tenure Act) shall not be deemed a breach of this Contract or a discharge or demotion under the Michigan Teachers’ Tenure Act.
Nonrenewal. If either the Owner or City desires in any year not to renew this Agreement, Owner or City shall serve a written notice of nonrenewal upon the party in advance of the Renewal Date (“Notice of Nonrenewal”). The Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective only if served by Owner upon City at least ninety (90) days prior to the Renewal Date, or if served by City upon Owner, the Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective only if served upon Owner at least sixty (60) days prior to the Renewal Date. If either City or Owner serves a Notice of Nonrenewal in any year, this Agreement shall remain in effect for the balance of the term then remaining.
Nonrenewal. Contractor understands and agrees that there is no representation, implication, or understanding that the services provided by Contractor under this Contract will be purchased or renewed by the City under a new contract following expiration or termination of this Contract, and waives all rights or claims to notice or hearing respecting any failure by City to continue the purchase of all or any failure to continue purchase of all or any such services from Contractor.
Nonrenewal. The Commission may non-renew the Charter at the expiration of the Certificate if the School failed to meet one or more of the terms of its Certificate, including the Performance Framework. The Charter Holder may appeal a decision to non-renew directly to the Office of Administrative Hearings and is subject to judicial review as a contested case as set forth in Chapter 52, Title 67, Idaho Code.
