Termination of Guarantee with Respect to Series. If all outstanding Securities of a Series are paid or discharged by the Company pursuant to the Indenture, or if the Company otherwise terminates its obligations with respect to all Securities of such Series pursuant to the Indenture (including by defeasance thereof), then the Guarantee with respect to the Securities of such Series and this Guarantee Agreement insofar as it relates to the Securities of such Series, shall also and concurrently terminate.
