Common use of Termination of Headlease Clause in Contracts

Termination of Headlease. In the event that during the Term, all or ------------------------ any part of the Premises or the Headleased Premises are destroyed or damaged by fire or other casualty or taken by eminent domain, and either Sublandlord or Headlandlord terminates the Headlease pursuant to its terms because of such damage, destruction or taking, then this Sublease shall likewise terminate on the same date that the Headlease terminates. Sublandlord shall give Subtenant prompt notice of such termination and the date on which it shall occur.
