Common use of Termination of Indemnification Obligations of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Termination of Indemnification Obligations of the Purchaser. The obligation of the Purchaser to indemnify under clause (i) of Section 8.3 hereof shall terminate on June 30, 2002 except as to matters as to which any Stockholders Indemnified Party has made a claim for indemnification or given a Claims Notice under Section 8.4 hereof on or prior to such date, in which case the right to indemnification with respect thereto shall survive until the related claim for indemnification has been finally resolved and any obligations with respect thereto are fully satisfied.

Termination of Indemnification Obligations of the Purchaser. The Subject to Section 8.6.5, the obligation of the Purchaser to indemnify under clause (i) of Section 8.3 hereof shall terminate on June 30, 2002 2013, except as to matters as to which any Stockholders Company Indemnified Party has made a claim for indemnification or given a Claims Notice under Section 8.4 hereof on or prior to such date, in which case the right to indemnification with respect thereto shall survive such period until the related such claim for indemnification has been finally is resolved and any obligations with respect thereto are fully satisfied.
