Common use of Termination of Inspection Period Clause in Contracts

Termination of Inspection Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the Inspection Period shall expire twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Agreement or such other date as the parties may agree to in writing.

Termination of Inspection Period. However, it is agreed that in the event of any delay caused in the obtaining of either the title report and/or the Survey that there will be an automatic extension of the Inspection Period, as to these two items only, of five (5) after the receipt of the title report and/or Survey, but in no event later than November 11, 1998.
