Common use of Termination of Interconnection Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Interconnection Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties hereto in writing, in the event that the Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, dated as of December __, 1996, by and between BA-__ and Carrier expires without being renewed, or expires or is terminated and no other interconnection agreement has been entered into by BA-__ and Carrier, then this Agreement shall be deemed terminated effective on the date the aforesaid Interconnection Agreement expires or is terminated.
