Common use of Termination of Interest in Mortgage Estate Clause in Contracts

Termination of Interest in Mortgage Estate. No Lender shall, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Mortgage Estate relating to the Aircraft when and if the principal amount of and Break Amount and Additional Costs, if any, and interest on and other amounts due under all Notes held by such Lender and all other sums due to such Lender hereunder and under the other Operative Documents in respect of the Aircraft shall have been paid in full.
