Common use of Termination of Issuer Clause in Contracts

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby shall terminate as provided in the Trust Agreement.

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (unless otherwise specified and other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate as provided upon payment in full of the Trust AgreementNotes and all other amounts due and owing under the Transaction Documents (other than indemnities and reimbursement obligations for which a claim has not yet been asserted).

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in subsection 16.08(b), as provided in the Trust Agreement.

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in SECTION 14.08(b), as provided in the Master Owner Trust Agreement.

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as set forth herein and Section 12.16) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in Section 11.2(b), as provided in the Trust Agreement.

The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in Section 11.2(b), as provided in the Trust Agreement.

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in subsection 16.09(b), as provided in the Trust Agreement.

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in Section 11.2(b), as provided in the Trust Agreement, but only after all payments required to be made from Collections allocated for that purpose under this Indenture and the Indenture Supplement have been made with respect to each Series.

Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Issuer, the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate terminate, except with respect to the duties described in Section 10.02(b) or in Section 11.17, as provided in the Trust Agreement.
