Termination of Job Split. (a) The incumbent in a split position is entitled to terminate the job split upon three (3) months notice in writing to the supervisor, the non-incumbent and Human Resources. Upon the expiration of the notice, the non-incumbent will be terminated. (b) If the incumbent vacates the position, with or without notice, the non-incumbent will be terminated and shall be treated the same way as a temporary employee whose appointment has ended.
