TERMINATION OF MANDATORY REEMPLOYMENT RIGHTS. Mandatory Reemployment rights terminate when: (a) The employee declines three (3) “mandatory offers” of reemployment; or (Failure to accept an offer of reemployment within five (5) work days from the date (s)he actually receives written notice of the reemployment opportunity constitutes a decline of the offer).
