Common use of Termination of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Termination of Obligation. Upon the deposit of moneys with the Escrow Agent pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 hereof, all obligations of the District with respect to the Refunded Bonds shall cease and terminate, except only the obligation to make payments therefor from the moneys provided for hereunder.

Termination of Obligation. Upon the deposit of the moneys with the Escrow Agent pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 hereof and the simultaneous purchase of the Investment Securities as provided in Section 2 hereof, all obligations of the District with respect to the Refunded Bonds shall cease and terminate, terminate except only the obligation obligations to make payments therefor therefore from the moneys provided for hereunder.
