Common use of Termination of Other Positions Clause in Contracts

Termination of Other Positions. Upon the Termination Date, Executive hereby resigns as Senior Vice President of PMIC and from any and all other positions as officer and/or director Executive may then hold with the Company, and as fiduciary of any benefit plan of the Company. Executive shall promptly execute any further documentation as requested by PMIC and, if Executive is to receive any payments from PMIC, execution of such further documentation shall be a condition thereof.

Termination of Other Positions. Upon the Termination Date, Executive hereby resigns as Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of PMIC and from any and all other positions as officer and/or director Executive may then hold with the Company, and as fiduciary of any benefit plan of the Company. Executive shall promptly execute any further reasonable documentation as requested by PMIC the Company and, if Executive is to receive any payments from PMICthe Company, execution of such further documentation shall be a condition thereof.
