Termination of Previous Employment Agreement. The Employee specifically agrees that the Employment Agreement dated November 22, 1996, as the same may have been amended, by and between the Employee and the Savings Bank hereby is terminated and shall be of no further force or effect, and the Employee hereby waives any and all of his rights, and releases the Bank and the Savings Bank from any and all obligations, under such agreement.
