Common use of Termination of Registration Rights Agreements Clause in Contracts

Termination of Registration Rights Agreements. Subject to satisfaction (or waiver) of the conditions set forth in Sections 4 and 5 below, at the Closing each of (i) the Existing Initial Bridge Registration Rights Agreement, (ii) Existing Second Bridge Registration Rights Agreement and (iii) the Existing Primary Registration Rights Agreement (collectively, the "Existing Registration Rights Agreements") shall be deemed terminated and null and void.
