Common use of Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage Clause in Contracts

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy the entire Premises.

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s 's interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy the entire Premises.

The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Transferee Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s 's interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy the entire Premises.

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s 's interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the entire Premises.

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 Section 23.4 shall be personal to the Original Tenant Tenant, its Affiliates and its any Permitted Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties the Original Tenant, its Affiliates or a Permitted Assignee (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s interest in this Lease) to if the extent Original Tenant and its Permitted Transferee are in occupancy of no less than seventy-five percent (x75%) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy of the entire then-existing Premises.

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 Section 23.4 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its or any Permitted AssigneeTransferee of Tenant or any assignee of this Lease approved pursuant to Article 14 of this Lease, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s 's interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) if they are not in economic or material non-economic default under this Lease (beyond any the applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy the entire Premises).

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s 's interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) if they occupy more than fifty percent (50%) of the entire Premises.

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Transferee Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) :) they are not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) and (y) with respect to the monument signage and the Building Exterior Signage, if they occupy the entire Premises.

Termination of Right to Tenant's Signage. The rights contained in this Article 23 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Approved Assignee or Permitted Assignee, and may only be exercised and maintained by such parties (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s interest in this Lease) to the extent (x) they are there is not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure period) an Event of Default that is continuing and (y) if they occupy the entire Premises (occupancy by a subtenant as a result of a Permitted Transfer shall be deemed occupancy of the entire Premises).
