Termination of Salary & Benefits. It is further agreed that any RIF pursuant to this Article automatically shall terminate the individual employment of all RIF’d EMPLOYEES and shall suspend, for the duration of the RIF, the BOARD'S obligation to pay salary or benefits under this Agreement.
