Common use of Termination of Services by a Member Clause in Contracts

Termination of Services by a Member. Members may terminate services at any time, and are not required to provide advance notice of termination to a service provider. In the event a member terminates service with a service provider, the Purchaser is not obligated to continue payments for the member beyond the effective date of the termination and any Service Authorization related to the member shall immediately terminate. Should Provider receive notice by a member to terminate services with the service provider, Provider shall notify Purchaser upon receipt of such notice.
