Common use of Termination of Services by the HSP Clause in Contracts

Termination of Services by the HSP. (a) Except aç provided in çection 12.3(b) and (c) beIow, the HSP may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason in respect of one or more Homes, upon giving the LHIN at Ieaçt çix monthç’ Notice. (b) Where the HSP intendç to ceaçe providing the Serviceç and xXxxx a Home, the HSP wiII provide Notice to the LHIN at the çame time the HSP iç required to provide Notice to the Director under the Act. The HSP wiII ençure that the closure plan required by the Act is acceptable to the LHIN. (c) Where the HSP intendç to ceaçe providing the Serviceç aç a reçuIt of an intended sale or transfer of a Licence in whole or in part, the HSP will comply with section 6.3 of this Agreement.
