Termination of Servicing Supplement. This 20[●]-[●] Servicing Supplement shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of (i) the termination of the 20[●]-[●] SUBI or (ii) with respect to the Servicer, but not as to the applicable successor Servicer, the resignation or removal of the Servicer with respect to the 20[●]-[●] SUBI in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement. Any such termination hereunder shall effect a termination only with respect to the 20[●]-[●] SUBI Assets and not as to Trust Assets allocated to any other Sub-Trust, and shall not effect a termination of the Basic Servicing Agreement or any other supplement to the Basic Servicing Agreement.
