Common use of Termination of Shareholders Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Shareholders Agreement. The Sellers and the Company acknowledge and agree that, as of the Closing, that certain Shareholders Agreement, dated as of February 13, 2007, by and among certain of the Sellers and the Company, as amended, shall terminate in accordance with its terms, with no liability following such termination for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Sellers or the Sellers’ Related Parties.

Termination of Shareholders Agreement. The Sellers Amended and Restated Shareholders Agreement among Xxxxx, Xxxxx, the Company acknowledge Founders and agree thatInvestors dated September 18, as of the 2008 shall be terminated and without force or effect upon Closing, that certain Shareholders Agreement, dated as of February 13, 2007, by and among certain of the Sellers and the Company, as amended, shall terminate in accordance with its terms, with no liability following such termination for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Sellers or the Sellers’ Related Parties.

Termination of Shareholders Agreement. The Sellers and the Company acknowledge and agree that, as of Prior to the Closing, the Company shall take such actions as necessary to cause that certain Shareholders Agreement, dated as of February 13May 29, 20071998, by and among certain the Company and the Shareholders of the Sellers and the Company, as amended, shall terminate in accordance with its terms, with no liability following such termination for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Sellers or the Sellers’ Related Partiesto be terminated.

Termination of Shareholders Agreement. The Sellers Shareholders Agreement dated December 16, 1997 between the Company and the Company acknowledge and agree that, as of the Closing, that certain Principal Shareholders Agreement, dated as of February 13, 2007, by and among certain of the Sellers shall have been terminated and the Company, as amended, Principal Shareholders shall terminate in accordance with its terms, with no liability following have presented evidence of such termination for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Sellers or the Sellers’ Related Partiessatisfactory to Purchaser.

Termination of Shareholders Agreement. The Sellers Company and the Company acknowledge and agree that, as each of the Closing, Sellers shall have terminated that certain Amended and Restated Shareholders AgreementAgreement dated March 21, dated as of February 13, 20072003, by and among certain of the Sellers and the Company, as amended, shall terminate in accordance with its terms, with no liability following such termination for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Sellers or the Sellers’ Related Partiesparties.
