Termination of Sub-Advisory Agreement. The Sub-Advisory Agreement may provide for its termination by the Manager upon reasonable notice, provided, however, that the Manager agrees not to terminate the Sub-Advisory Agreement except in accordance with such authorization and direction of the Board of Trustees, if any, as may be in effect from time to time.
