Common use of Termination of Supplement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 2010-5 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2010-5 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 2010-5 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 2010-5 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 2010-5 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20102019-5 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20102019-5 2 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20102019-5 2 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 20102019-5 2 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20102019-5 2 Cash Collateral Account Accounts in accordance with Section 2.8(i2.8(m).

This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20102019-5 3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20102019-5 3 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20102019-5 3 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 20102019-5 3 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20102019-5 3 Cash Collateral Account Accounts in accordance with Section 2.8(i2.8(m).

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20102023-5 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20102023-5 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20102023-5 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Multi-Series 2010-5 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20102023-5 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20102023-5 8 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20102023-5 8 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20102023-5 8 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Multi-Series 2010-5 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20102023-5 8 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20102011-5 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20102011-5 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20102011-5 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 20102011-5 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20102011-5 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20102017-5 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20102017-5 2 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20102017-5 2 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 20102017-5 2 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20102017-5 2 Cash Collateral Account Accounts in accordance with Section 2.8(i2.8(m).
